Robyn's passion for health extends beyond the barre! Robyn believes that a healthy combination of smart movement like barre, along with a healthy diet will help you to reach your wellness goals. She also feels that each body is different, so finding what works for Ū vs someone else is extremely important. Robyn has certain aspects that she lives by, but knows that consistency in the kitchen and in the studio is key to see results.
