Barre workouts are now the most common exercise class among celebrities who want to be long and slim. Ballerinas have used the principles of eccentric contractions, body weight resistance and static stretching to get their gorgeous, strong and graceful bodies for centuries. Unlike many current exercise approaches, genuine barre sequences warm and construct the body from the bottom up, increasing movement, resistance and flexibility and the sequence progresses. Barre sequencing strengthens peripheral muscle groups, increases balance and regards the body's core at the base of the spine as opposed to the midsection.
